VEHICLE INSPECTION & EXISTING DAMAGE
A CLEAR RECORD
FROM DAY ONE.
The proposed sign-up process will document the vehicle’s exterior condition before membership commences.
Photographs from all relevant angles and recorded existing damage create a reference for future assessments.

EXISTING DAMAGE ELIGIBILITY
PRE-EXISTING
DAMAGE MAY

Eligible pre-existing damage may be considered for repair after three successful months of membership, under the proposed program.
Existing damage must be photographed and recorded when you join. Immediate repair of pre-existing damage should not be expected.
Proposed eligibility milestone: after three successful membership months, documented pre-existing damage may become eligible for assessment and repair, subject to final terms.
The definition of a successful membership month, eligible damage, allowance period, assessment process and exclusions must be confirmed before launch. This is an eligibility review milestone, not automatic repair approval.
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
